Madelin from Alert Building Inspection was fantastic she was incredibly helpful and efficient, even managing to organise a builder’s report for us over the Easter weekend.
We highly recommend Steve, especially for first home buyers. He carried out a very thorough inspection and treated the property as if it were his own. He explained everything clearly and honestly, pointing out any issues straight away and outlining what would be needed to fix them.
As a family of eight with six children who have asthma, his attention to detail meant a lot to us. He went above and beyond during the inspection, even going under the floorboards where he discovered incorrect insulation that could have caused serious issues for our kids.
Steve was open, transparent, and never rushed the process. Although the inspection was meant to take about an hour and a half, he took the time to carefully go through everything and kept us informed throughout.
We genuinely couldn’t fault his service and would highly recommend him to anyone needing a builder’s report.
