This company is very easy to get a hold of, with their services available until 9pm, 7 days a week. I used their services for a new build, and they were able to inspect the property and provide a professional, detailed report within a short timeframe. Very responsive and efficient service. Quick service. Friendly staff. Called on Thursday afternoon to book a building inspection, Friday was Matariki so they inspected the building on Monday, and I received the written building inspection report on Monday evening. Joe, the building inspector was very thorough with his inspection and easy to talk to, he also took the time to show me what needs fixing. Joe is highly recommended as well as Alert Building Inspections is too. This may feel pricey as you pay for the service but is worth every cent with the speed and thoroughness of the service and building inspection report and how easy they make it for you.
