New Roof & Insulating Loft Very good communication with Alex during the job. Any snags that came up were dealt with quickly & efficiently. Great team of guys working with him. Very pleased with the new roof. Insulating the loft was a job that we put off for 20 years. It was good that this could be done at the same time as the roof. Not all companies would do this.

Excellent service from Alex and his team installing a new roof, Velux window and removing the existing chimney stack. The work was completed as per the original quote, progress made each day was impressive to witness and Alex took the time to answer any questions I had about the work. The whole area around the property was left clean and tidy once the work had been completed. I would happily recommend Albec Roofing based on my experience.

Our (c90 year old) roof needed inspection and maintenance to ensure it continued to keep our the rain, and our downpipes and gutters were broken/blocked in places. We wanted to trap all rainwater at the front and have it all pass into one pipe that we can then feed into a water butt system. Given the position of the windows and existing pipework/guttering this wasn't the easiest job, but it was done to to a T. Alex, Reece and Teekay turned up promptly on the day, worked fast, and kept me informed as to progress throughout the job, making sure I was happy at every stage. Very pleased with the results.

New roof + full insulation. Alex and his team were prompt, friendly, efficient & respectful. The communication throughout was brilliant and we were kept updated with photos as the work went on. We have been left with a perfect new roof with detailed finishing touches; and a garden which is cleaner and tidier than it was before the works! Our daughter was upset when the job was done and knew the team wouldn’t be turning up. Would highly recommend, top guys!

The work was exactly what was needed and completed to very high standard. The site was cleared up and left in an immaculate condition. Very professional company, excellent workmanship, competitively priced and very reliable. Alex and the team did a full reroof for us including lead dormers, for a complex mansard roof in Hove. The roof was nearing end of life so it was most cost-effective for us to have it replaced now rather than keep repairing it and get a new roof later on- with materials prices going up year on year we decided it would be more expensive to wait. We got three quotes, and while they were all in a similar ballpark, Alex’s quote gave the best options- eg full lead for the dormers, and it was clear from the outset that Alex wanted to do a quality job. We had also seen his team complete another reroof of the street, which gave us confidence that he was right for the job. Alex was professional from start to finish, starting with a detailed written quote, drone survey, and no hard sell. Once we’d agreed dates Alex was always true to his word, and he and his team were a pleasure to have around. We are delighted with the quality of the finished job (also with an insurance-backed guarantee) and are very pleased that we chose Albec Roofing.
