Excellent service from Active Alarms sl. Ajax villa alarm fitted today in Alfaz Del Pi. Prompt initial communication from the company with lots of help in creating a bespoke system for our house. Efficient installation on the day and with everything left clean and tidy. Excellent help setting up the app and quick response to questions. Altogether an excellent service leaving us confident we have a good system.

I have contacted Active Alarms Systems regarding a security system for my property. Active Alarms is the best professional service. I contacted Daniel and Patrick and spoke with them about my needs. I highly recommended them for your needs regarding home security system. Two sweet guys, Daniel and Patrick, they will answer any questions in a professional manner.. and they would truly treat you as their family. Very good service and following up. They are English speaking professionals. The AJAX system they offer is in my opinion, simply the best on market...no questions about it, no doubts. They are not hard sellers, they just sell the best option with no - annual contract...simply an installation and the whole equipment is yours. I've contacted many alarm services in the area but they are the truly best winners ! Very nice guys...I would recommend them to everyone. Thanks again guys !

Alarm Systems Spain were excellent at our home in Daya Vieja. After several local quotes, their price was fair and the advice clear, with no hard sell — they even pointed out items from other quotes we didn’t need. We had a short Zoom to run through the plan, then Daniel and Patrick installed an Ajax alarm in about four hours. We chose the small villa package with internal and external protection and SIM backup. It’s easy to use and works well. Would happily recommend.
