Rick came and did a thorough security assesment, told me what i needed and was very laid back with regard to trying to sell me the system (Unlike Verisure's pushy sales tactics and IMO poor products). Once I decided to go with Advance, I was booked in quickly and Rick arrived for the installation in timely fashion. Very clean and tidy, hovering up after him and very product knowledgable, spending time to run through through the system with me. Rick also checked out a suspected faulty plug socket for me as part of the service. (plug socket was not installed by Advance) Very happy with the system and service and wouldn't hesiate to recomend.

After calling multiple other on call house alarm engineers, they answered and calmly walked me through the steps. Would 100% recommend and after talking to family members turns out Advance security also look after their house alarms!

Just wanted to say a big big thank you to Jack at Advance Security Alarms. My alarm system had gone wrong and we needed it fixed as was going on holiday the next day. He patiently talked me through the system , pushing buttons galore !!! It did the trick as we were able to go away knowing our house was secure .
