Cezar heeft mij zo goed geholpen met de aankoop van nu mijn woning, echt niet normaal. Wanneer het onmogelijk leek bleef hij rustig en waarvan ik dacht dat het onmogelijk was heeft Cezar succesvol voor mij geleverd.
Hij heeft eindeloos gestreden en buiten werkuren veel dingen voor elkaar gekregen. Ik had geen betere makelaar kunnen hebben voor deze opdracht dan Cezar Groenendaal. Ik ben hem eeuwig dankbaar en raad hem zeker aan voor iedereen die wil aankopen als zij succesvol willen leveren in deze competitive vastgoed markt.
We have both bought and sold a house with the help of Arne. He's been of great help and very flexible - jumping in a car to join us for short-scheduled viewings or coming up with solutions when things turn out different than we hoped. In the end, he helped us get a great deal on a great house - where I thought we wouldn't make it with the maximum we can afford. And now the sales also comes to a closing, for which I'm grateful.

After having unpleasant experience with previous broker, I've successful house purchase experience with Aland in really quick time and good to mention it was my FIRST priority house among the ones I've seen.

Arne is incredible! Being new to the Netherlands, we hired a big name makelaar (with a big fee!) to help us find our home. That was a disaster. We expected premium service for the premium fee and ended up being assigned to a young guy who frequently ghosted us.
On the advice of some friends we interviewed Arne and were impressed immediately. Arne has a great sense of humor and is super knowledgeable and competent. In no time we found the ideal apartment in the ideal location and Arne negotiated our purchase at the asking price!
His follow up was faultless and he was always available for questions.
So our advice would be to forget hiring a big makelaar and go with Arne. His fee is very affordable and he provides top-notch service.
