Arne is incredible! Being new to the Netherlands, we hired a big name makelaar (with a big fee!) to help us find our home. That was a disaster. We expected premium service for the premium fee and ended up being assigned to a young guy who frequently ghosted us.
On the advice of some friends we interviewed Arne and were impressed immediately. Arne has a great sense of humor and is super knowledgeable and competent. In no time we found the ideal apartment in the ideal location and Arne negotiated our purchase at the asking price!
His follow up was faultless and he was always available for questions.
So our advice would be to forget hiring a big makelaar and go with Arne. His fee is very affordable and he provides top-notch service.
We have bought a house with the help of Arne. He's been of great help and very flexible - jumping in a car to join us for short-scheduled viewings in Hilversum. In the end, he helped us get a great deal on a great house - where I thought we wouldn't make it with the maximum we can afford. Thank you so much Arne! The journey continues :-)
