I was stranded on the roadside of IH 10 with a flat tire and my guardian angel John from Alamo Car Care came to my rescue. He was very polite, professional, offered help and quickly changed my tire. He further followed me to my dealership.There are not enough positive words to adequately express my appreciation for John and his company. Without a doubt the service provided was exceptional.

We got stranded on the side of the highway and 10 minutes later he showed up without . John stayed with us until a tow truck came and protected us with his lights / presence. Thank you Jesus for sending us a helper when we needed it most. 🙏💪

Thanks to this amazing fast service we were able to get our tire changed. We unfortunately had a bad tire blow and had no jack and thankfully this amazing service was only a phone call away. They were able to change our tire within 30 minutes. We had two small kids with us so this amazing fast service helped us get back home quickly. I highly recommend this service if you ever experience any issues and need someone quick this is the place to call.
