Maria Pia Alaimo is a one of a kind Attorney. This was my first time ever having to deal with workers comp. and Maria made it were I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Very unprofessional attorney Maria said she would give me a call back at the end of the day she never called back to let me know as a courtesy she won’t take my case because she’s friends with my previous attorney since he was in law school, her decision was based on a phone call she made to my attorney yesterday it wasn’t a fair decision. I met with her in the beginning couple months ago she said wait till the deposition is over if I want to change attorneys I can she will take my case. When I visited her the first time she called my attorney to let him know to take my case serious I was seeking other attorneys. I expressed to her the first day my previous attorney doesn’t prep me for any hearings or depositions they only ask me 1 question I have been doing all the work gathering documents for my previous attorney the last 2 years or more he wasn’t taking my case serious my attorney doesn’t reach out at all I been always following up with my case. I wasn’t counting on Maria to take my case I had another Lawfirm in mind I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt to see if she would keep her word from the beginning her integrity is unworthy. My previous attorney and insurance carrier failed to correspond with each other to make sure everyone was on the same page due to diligence my body parts was precluded from my case.
Her excellence in her work and her compassion with all her clients makes her an amazing attorney for any legal matters you may need. I am so thankful for all the help with all my family matters.
