I WAS terrified to go to the dentist so much so that I didn’t go for years a friend recommended Dr. Rigby and today I got fillings done and couldn’t be more happy with my experience. The entire staff even for cleaning was great but Dr. Rigby has the best bed side manner I’ve ever experienced and he is incredibly talented. Didn’t even feel my numbing shots and was literally in tears after my fillings were done because I wasn’t rushed, was given breaks when I needed them and was just so happy with my experience I was crying happy tears because I think I’m cured of my dental fears ! I cannot recommend this office enough if you’re at all nervous or hated the dentist like me this office will change your mind. Thank you everyone at fairlawn dental care for being fantastic. - Ronda
We had a wonderful first experience here. From start to finish, the entire staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. My 6-year-old daughter and I had appointments at the same time, and I could hear her laughing and genuinely enjoying herself with the dental hygienist — truly every mom’s dream during a cleaning.
My hygienist also shared some impressive details about their practice, such as their use of distilled water rather than city water and their choice of X-ray technology that avoids harmful radiation.
Overall, we’re very happy we made the switch to this office and are already looking forward to our next cleaning.
