Juan Carlos Garcia spent several days here completing multiple projects and we were very happy with his work. He dug up, leveled and replaced 4 tiles in our front walkway that had heaved up from a tree root; he found tiles that matched the existing 40-year-old tiles and after he grouted them, you can hardly tell they were replaced. He repaired and replaced grout around our pool, which was a lot of work, as some of the cracks had widened and were quite deep. He cleaned our kitchen tile floors and grout (which looked terrible), then sealed the grout and now it looks great.
He is experienced and knowledgeable, communicated clearly when he would be here working, was pleasant to talk to, and cleaned up afterwards. We are very happy we found someone to do such quality work at a price that was not exorbitant.

My tenant suspected mold in my Camarillo rental unit, so I hired a professional inspection company. They found no mold, but they did detect under tile moisture near a toilet. For remediation, I then searched for a local SCLB licensed, bonded, IICRC certified contractor to further analyze and remediate the small leak, and I found Juan.
On site, after careful consultation and on my request, Juan pulled up the toilet and nearby tile to ensure no mold present, replaced the toilet wax seal, and very nicely cut and replaced tile from my attic stock, all in one day, and it looks fantastic.
He also nicely documented his work for my records and future communications with my tenant.

Juan did a fabulous job cleaning and sealing our Saltillo tile floors. He was friendly, enthusiastic, knowledgable, punctual, and detail oriented. The job came in at his estimate and we are very pleased with his work. Would definitely hire him again. As an added bonus, he took the time to call our attention to a problem with the ceiling in our guest bathroom shower, pointing out that water was pooling in the ceiling and needed to be fixed. We had not realized that and if he had not mentioned it undoubtably the problem would have spread. Thanks to Juan we have someone coming tomorrow to fix it.

The carpet cleaning was amazing! Because we are in the restaurant business we have many people coming in our office with greasy, dirty shoes. Horrible High Traffic areas. In the 13 years I've been here I have NEVER seen the carpet look this clean! They are very nice, professional and do a great job! Would highly recommend using them.

Juan came to my home the same day I called for a quote. He restored my marble floor to shine like the first day it was installed. He charged much less than I expected to pay. I highly recommend his service to anyone looking for a reputable company.

I had a shower in my guest bathroom that I thought needed the natural stone to be sealed. After calling a few companies where my call went straight to voicemail, upon calling AJC my call was answered by Juan, and he was at my home within a few hours to inspect the job.
Juan was very detailed and transparent on what needed to be done and why, as the slate tile was flaking not only because it had not been sealed often enough, but also because there was improper sloping which was allowing puddling.
After replacing the floor tile and sealing the shower it looks great and the floor drains fantastically!
I was very satisfied with his work and will be using his expertise for a shower at my business.

Juan Carlos Garcia with AJC Building Maintenance stripped, sealed and polished our new VCT floor of over 5,000 square feet. The stripping was necessary as a previous contractor did not seal the floor with the right sealant or apply the sealant evenly. After AJC's treatments and labor intensive efforts, the floor is shining and seems to be saying, "Thank you Juan and AJC Building Maintenance!". The polish is wonderful. The floor has never looked better as it's finally being cared for properly. AJC treated our space with respect - the space is inviting and the floor is impressive to our guests. Juan and his team did a phenomenal job with tile restoration and grout deep cleaning to our four commercial restrooms. He was kind enough to send before and after photos which were quite shocking! The tiles looked brand new!
From the initial call to the estimate process and job completion, communication was fantastic, scheduling was a breeze and we were quite pleased.
We are now considering his company to clean our carpets.

5 STARS hands down. Two and half year old dirty, stained and a lot of dog hair, large L-shaped couch. These guys know what they're doing. From the initial phone call friendly, clear and informative. Follow up phone call AND letter inquiring about my satisfaction. WILL USE AGAIN. NO BRAINER.
