Terrible Experience. Landed into Birmingham airport. Got advised by the company that the pick up should be 1hr after landing. I asked for it to be 30 minutes after landing as I didn't want people waiting. We landed, collected our bags and were out the terminal within less than 20 minutes. No driver waiting. No meet and greet service. No instructions on where to go. Phoned the company to be told to go to the bus station, which wasn't signposted around the airport. I asked someone who worked within the airport who pointed out the bus drop offs. Phoned back the company who said I was in the wrong place, and was stupid for not being able to locate the bus station. It left myself and 14 passengers waiting in the pouring rain. Out of the 2 vehicles that did eventually turn up, one was old, in poor condition and I used it only for luggage as I didn't feel comfortable putting the passengers in it. The driver continued to argue with me in very raised tones after locating us. Rude, unreliable and a genuinely horrible experience.
We are very sorry you were not happy with the service provided. The drivers were at the airport at the correct time of your booking. Your flight landed earlier than scheduled hence you coming out earlier than booked.
Due to airport security rules drivers are not allowed to leave vehicles unattended in the coach park so we do not offer a meet and greet service which was not part of your booking.
Unfortunately we do not make the rules up at the airport and have to abide by their rules. The driver tried to explain they were in the airport designated coach park yet you were demanding they come directly outside the terminal which is a restricted zone so they were unable to accommodate your request. It was clearly stated on your booking confirmation the pickup point was the coach park. It is unfortunate you struggled to locate it. The airport staff directed you incorrectly which was not our fault and the driver tried to direct you to the correct area.
We have not ever had issues picking passengers up from the airport in the 100s of bookings we have had in the past from Birmingham airport but will use your feedback to improve our service in the future. Thank you for your review.

Great service, I felt welcomed from the first moment. I got to see lots of different designs, all very high quality carpets. We had a decent discussion about the price and made a deal. I felt a good connection with the people here.
Recently used this company in July 2025 for a hen do to take us to and from Birmingham airport. Prices were great and they arrived promptly for our journey there. We were also slightly delayed on the way home and the security at the airport was super busy but our driver was in contact with me and picked us up from our designated pick up point. Couldn’t recommend enough will be using again for my hen do next year! Reliable service!

We used AJ Executive to take 15 of us to Manchester for the Oasis gig at Heaton Park. Mo (our driver) was professional and did a great job at finding us a pub as close as he could get to the park where he dropped and picked us up from! I was so worried about the pick up as I knew it would be so busy and we’d be drunk! But he took all the stress out of it! Thanks Mo, you legend! We recently booked a minibus with AJ Executive Travel and had a fantastic experience. The process of obtaining a quote, booking and paying a deposit was very easy and done promptly. The service for pick was very smooth with the driver waiting for us and making personal contact with me and the service for the return journey was very straight forward. Both journey's were on time. The buses were clean, tidy and well air conditioned. The drivers were courteous and helpful.
