We called Air Zone when our upstairs AC went out. Adrian arrived the next morning at 7am and was able to replace a part and get us back up and running. Adrian is very honest and didn’t try to upsell a new unit even though ours is 19 years old. It’s worth noting that out of the four companies I called, Air Zone was the only one where a human (his wife) answered immediately. No automated system, no bot…that still means something. Thank you Air Zone, we highly recommend and will use you in the future!

Adrien came out on a weekend when our AC wasn’t cooling properly. He quickly found a clogged condensate drain, flushed it out, and replaced a small section of the old pipe with a new piece and stopper. He also checked the outside unit and replaced the air filter I already had. He was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable, and didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. The $239 total was very reasonable for a weekend service call and repair. Highly recommend Air Zone Experts!

Adrien, the owner of the company, came on a Sunday morning to repair our AC which was not working anymore with a 105 degrees outside… He was very professional and nice. And more importantly honest to tell us that it was just a wire which was not connected. He didn’t take advantage of the situation to charge us with unnecessary new parts to replace. I highly recommend him and his company !

I cannot recommend this family-owned business enough! They did an amazing job replacing our upstairs AC system. Their prices are cheaper than pretty much any other company in the DFW area, without sacrificing an ounce of quality.The owner, Adrian, is completely customer-focused and goes above and beyond to make sure your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. I had another company come out first to diagnose my AC issue, but they pushed a repair that didn't even fix the problem. Frustrated, I decided to get a second opinion and called Air Zone Experts. What a difference! They properly diagnosed the issue and took the time to walk me through all my options without being pushy at all. Given the age of my system, we determined that the most cost-efficient route was to replace the outside unit and the evaporator coil. They clearly explained all the different tiers of equipment so I could make an informed decision. On installation day, Adrian and his crew were incredibly prompt and explained the entire process to me. Adrian even made it a point to come out before the job started and after it was finished to make sure everything was done correctly. Honest, professional, and reliable—I highly recommend them!
