Horrible company. Poor service. Pay up front. Parts never came in. I got another company to do the job at half the price and the job was completed on the next business day. Air Titans then said they would refund my money. Half a month later...nothing. Go to Titan Air instead, NOT Air Titans.
Blake came out for a promo tube up today. He was awesome. Showed me a bunch of tips to keep my system running smooth and efficient. Definitely recommend getting a tune up with Air titans

Absolutely wonderful service!! Blake came to service my AC. He was very kind, professional and provided me with options to help improve my air quality. I’m very happy with Air Titan’s services and their technicians. I’m glad I purchased the service maintenance package. I feel confident my AC system will be reliable and properly functioning because of Blake’s expertise.

Drew called ahead before he came. He did a really good job, explained everything he was going to do and thoroughly cleaned each vent through and through. He then cleaned up each area before he wrapped up and put everything back the way it was.

Drew did a great job of communicating with us and being professional. Would love to have him come back again. Even though we are not pleased with what we were being told with regards to the halo system, it does not negate the fact that Drew understood us and made sure that the situation will be resolved in a professional manner.
