I was surprised at how knowledgeable and reliable Mike is on all of the latest AC technology. Straight shooter, never felt like he was trying to sale something that we didn’t need. I would highly recommend him and his company for any repairs, maintenances or even new installations.

Mike came to my rescue and we’re about to have snowmageddon 2026. My house was freezing cold. I made a phone call and he showed up same day to assist and analyze the problem and he was here the next day with the part and replaced everything and got us back to heat and now we won’t freeze to death thank you so much. I really appreciate the promptness and efficiency of the workers. I highly recommend it to anyone.

Excellent service! The team did an amazing job replacing my AC unit. They arrived on time, were friendly and respectful, and worked quickly without cutting corners. They made sure everything was running properly before leaving and took the time to explain how to use the new system. I’m very satisfied and would highly recommend them.

Airtime, represented by Michael did an amazing job. My insurance gave him the order in the afternoon. He came by a couple hours later, keeping me continuously informed, checked the unit, diagnosed the issue with my AC, contacted the insurance, got the authorization for repair, repaired the unit and left, all in less than 45 minutes. We now have a working AC! Wow!!

If we could give Michael 10 stars we would!! The perfect storm happened and our entire system went out a few days before Christmas. We called Michael to come and give us a quote and he was there within an hour. He gave us three options for total replacement with three different price points! He explained everything thoroughly and told us what would be best for our house based what he saw our needs were! They showed up the next morning to install right at the time he said they would be there. All this just two days before Christmas!! The communication from Michael was impeccable. The customer service and professionalism is top notch! We even chose to have him install a whole house air filtration system because of my terrible allergies. His pricing for everything was amazing! We will also be purchasing the 2 time per year maintenance package! I literally can not recommend Michael and Air Time enough. Completely transparent and honest company. Don’t hesitate to choose Air Time over one of the big box companies. We honestly felt like we’re were dealing with a family member. Even texted the next morning to make sure everything was great!! A++++

Airtime LLC did a great job on our AC repair and installing a Solaris whole-home air purifier. From the first call to the work being done, everything was quick and easy.
The tech showed up on time, explained our options clearly, and set realistic expectations, which I really appreciated. No pressure, no upselling; just straight answers. He was also super patient and respectful with my kids and all their questions, which says a lot.
My wife and children had severe allergies prior to this even with diligent cleaning and maintenance. This upgrade made my house livable again for them and I would do it again in a heartbeat.
If you need AC repair in San Antonio, help with indoor air quality, or are considering a whole-home air purifier, I’d definitely recommend Airtime LLC. Solid communication, clean work, and everything was done right the first time.

Joseph, it’s been over a year since I put the Solaris whole home air purification system in, I know how hard it was dealing with allergies in your home for your wife , so when you told me that her allergies were gone, it made me feel very, very good about the product that we choose to use!
From the initial phone call, to the crew showing up (on time), to a very thorough inspection of the equipment with a very honest explanation of what was needed (much less than I expected). The service was completed promptly and a very thorough clean up followed. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and highly recommend them!!

I usually do not write reviews. I really haven’t had anybody that stood out and impressed me so much to write a review but I can’t say of that about airtime completely surprised me in such a good way so-this review is because airtime has come out twice now I’ve called on them the first time he did a great job Truly surprised me with his skills, his knowledge and the simple fact that he didn’t try to gouge my eyes out and tack on all this other stuff that I did not need. The second time the condenser fan motor went out on my unit outside and I had a quote for a whole new unit like that was somebody wanted to sell me a whole new unit and Airtime came out here and just fixed it that’s what he did simple 123. He didn’t try to gouge my eyes out he didn’t you know try to attack more money onto something that I didn’t need for something I didn’t need. No, I know I repeated myself, but I really I felt like I should because there’s so many sales people out there that just wanna sell you all the stuff for that you don’t need. I mean this guy is true. If anybody’s got a problem call airtime he’s the one.
