We haven't had the best luck with other AC companies in the area. We once had an issue where they had to send out four different techs during in a two weeks time to fix one issue during July and August. THAT is not the case with Air Necessity. They have always come out same day (even on the weekends when we had an emergency) if we needed them, if not we they worked around our schedule. They always return my phone calls within the hour. I love Air Necessity and they are always our go-to air conditioning company. Both my brother-in-law and office has used them to work on their AC units.

Not happy with the technicians servicing my unit. One man in training; the other was to supervise. While servicing the outside unit, I looked out window and noticed they were working on wrong unit, not mine. They didn’t check the marking for my unit. Unacceptable! How can we trust this company to service when we are not here 75% of the time! Will not be renewing my contract.

I only wish to state the total satisfaction I experienced when dealing with Air Necessity a family owned and operated company. I have lived in the same SWFL condominium complex with 144 units for the last 11 years and I have seen almost everything with the numerous AC companies that have come and gone as well as done work for some of my neighbors, the good, the bad, and the ugly. I highly recommend Air Necessity above all others, they are honest, reliable, and customer oriented. My technician Michael demonstrated the ability to think out of the box and resolve a less than usual problem using common sense expeditiously where others may have spent hours testing and trouble shooting components that would not have resolved the problem I was experiencing with my unit. Kudos to Air Necessity and staff.

Firstly the office staff at Air Necessity is amazing. The woman we spoke with gave us a ton of information and gave us so much time in explaining everything to us and listening to us. We called on Wednesday and she got us an appointment for Mike to come out and look over everything Friday - he showed up on time and again was so nice and went over everything in extreme detail with us sent us an estimate the very next day and we decided to schedule the appointment based off of just the quality of their customer service and the time they took to make sure we understood what we were getting done. We scheduled the appointment for Monday 12.11.23 and Corey and Kenneth showed up on time and ready to work. They took time to go over everything with us before they started and man they worked HARD all day long to get the job done. They were so polite and friendly - and took great care of not only our systems issues - but were very careful to avoid any mishaps with all of my obnoxious Christmas stuff that is everywhere right now. Corey even went above and beyond to clean the dust off of the ceiling fans when that was not something he needed to do. We will for sure be using Air Necessity for all of our future Heating and Cooling needs and I 100/10 recommend them if you are looking for quality service.

“Air Necessity” of the Ft Myers Fl area changed out our complete ducting that had problems associated with improper installation when home was built and fixed items on the A/C units that did not receive proper attention from previous service company. The technicians were very experienced, hard working and friendly. Every part of the service was explained and backed up with video and photos of work performed. “Air Necessity” is a smaller, locally owned company (a good thing) and was recommended to us. We are very grateful that we used them to fix our HVAC system and look forward to using them for our regular service needs!
