Drew was an amazing pilot. He took us safely around. The helicopter how we had had large scuffs in the windows right where you’d record. So we were planning to purchase the video from them. The office staff also seem very disorganized. We asked if sunglasses came with a case. We were told yes. Paid $35. Then they couldn’t find them. No adjustment. The video apparently didn’t record for our flight so expecting to purchase it and was unable. They offered some other guy on our tour a free shirt for it but said not for us and then said it was for another issues with him. Super disappointing overall for such an expensive excursion to not have video or be able to take quality video ourselves due to helicopter condition. I wouldn’t fly again with them based on overall experience. Really took away from experience overall and again now we can’t take the video back to our friends and family as expected. That said full island route was super beautiful and that I would recommend.

Aloha Amy thank you for the feedback as there are definitely a few things we will be taking into consideration from what you said. Unfortunately there are times that the video does not record for some reason and there is no video available for purchase so I do apologize it did not work on your flight. If you would like we can find a Complete Island flight video with Drew from a previous day and make you a copy at no charge. That way you can at least get the views and Drew's commentary.
To be completely honest the gentleman who got the tee shirt they moved from a different flight to the one you were on to confirm the flight so they had their media package included as a way of thanking them for their flexibility so when it didn't work they were offered a tee shirt instead.
The Epoch sunglasses you purchased did not come to us from that vender with a case. We told you that there was no case but that we might have some soft sunglass bags from a different vender (Maui Jim) that we looked for but unfortunately did not have any more bags but only the cleaning cloth. You are welcome to return the glasses if you are not satisfied with them. If you are interested in the video from another one of Drew's flights please email us directly and we can get that to you.
