Fantastic company to work with. They came out the same day I called them, were extremely knowledgeable and friendly, they tailored solutions to our needs as a business, working around our hair and beauty salon trading times. Everything was beautifully installed and very tidy. The best after-care I’ve ever experienced, literally nothing was too much trouble for them. I would never use anybody else now for either business or domestic situations. With great pricing too, there’s nothing more you could ask for! I truly wish all companies were such a joy to work with as Chris and Gill are, so it’s 10 stars from us all at The Luxury Look Galashiels!!

I had my Vaillant air source heat pump serviced by Air King Solutions this year and was really impressed. Gill and Chris are friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Chris took the time to explain how the system works and asked how we use it day to day, even adjusting the hot water temperature to better suit us. Great service all round. I’d happily recommend Air King Solutions and will definitely be using them again for future servicing.

Brilliant service from Chris and Gill and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. They came out to our house at very short notice to remove two radiators from a the house we just bought, and were incredibly professional from start to finish. While carrying out the work, they identified a significant build up of black sludge inside the system and took the time to clearly explain what this meant, why it happens, and the best way to deal with it properly. Their advice was honest, practical, and gave us confidence in how to proceed. The work was completed quickly, efficiently, and at a very competitive price. No fuss, no upselling, just straightforward expertise and excellent service. Most importantly, they were genuinely lovely and helpful people who made us feel completely in safe hands throughout. Because of this experience, we’re now planning further work with them to properly clean and future-proof our heating system in our new home. Highly recommended

I can HIGHLY recommend this company. Chris & Gill recently carried out a boiler repair on short notice and the turnaround from initial diagnosis to getting parts and travelling back across to Duns from Galashiels was phenomenal - very thorough in explaining the work they’re doing in easy terms for someone who knows nothing about how these things work, I can genuinely see they love the work they do too, which is very refreshing. This was our first time using Air King Solutions after them contacting us via Checkatrade. Chris and Gill were extremely polite and professional and came out to have a look at the job the same day. Unfortunately the job was a lot bigger than first expected due to the previous owners lack of maintenance on the boiler, which was causing it to lose pressure ultimately leading to the boiler needing to be removed to be repaired. For being such a big job Chris and Gill got us booked in on such short notice. The job was carried out to such a high standard and was worth every penny of what we were quoted. Two very lovely people who went the extra mile for us and really made us feel like we were in good hands from the get go. All the best in your business venture together and we look forward to seeing you next year for our boiler service!

This is a brilliant firm! Woke up to heating problem- either on constantly or off, not ideal since I was due to go away for 3 days and leaving on constant would’ve cost a fortune (electric wet system!) Gill was a delight to deal with on the phone, understood my dilemma and went out of her way to fit me in during a very busy time for them. Chris very quickly diagnosed the problem then fixed it, explaining exactly what had gone wrong and how it was fixed. Not only are they lovely people they’re great at what they do and will now be my go to for anything heating related- already booked in for a service!
