Best customer service ever! I sent an email with pics of my range hood vent, and the original filter screen. I gave a few measurements of the screen. No info was available on the unit. No name plate, stickers, etc. They hooked me up. Can't beat the price...and fast free shipping. Air Filter Factory rocks!
