Unprofessional Staff members are dishonest and unprofessional. Before removing the aircon for chemical wash, he quoted me one price, then after the service, he charged me a higher fee. Another employee smokes e-cigarettes while washing the main unit outside.

Fixed and confirmed an appt 2 weeks in advance for air con servicing. Initial responses were prompt. However, on the day of the appt, I texted them if their men were coming but there was no reply so after waiting for half an hour, I texted them to cancel the appt. Still no response from them so I engaged another ac servicing company. Think twice before you use their service......

Kind of hard selling. Said there’s a lot of issue when there isn’t. It could have been a basic cleaning of 2 units but they recommended chemical cleaning for both, cleaning of compressor and change compressor oil, which is all $120 each?! $480 for all? I have checked with other companies and they said that compressor oil change is not necessary unless there’s leakage. There was no leakage fyi. How can oil change be $120 even? What a rip off. Never engaging them again.
