Those guys were absolutely amazing and handled every situation with great skill! In Vienna, VA, they serviced my chimney all the way from the roof and cleaned the entire duct system using powerful negative air suction and a rotating brush. The dryer vent was over 30 feet high, but they worked safely and professionally, using a ladder with excellent safety precautions. They even cleaned the vent from both ends and thoroughly inspected the dryer machine.

These guys didn't use a truck vacuum, but they certainly used their mobile equipment to clean my vents that were driving me insane. Now hopefully they are clean and the sterizing of thecsystem that took only 10 minutes and a cost of 150. 00 and the company that recommended them are coming behind them to add the recommended UV light, filtration system and humidifier to my HVAC to eliminate the asthma and other respiratory issues. My lungs are so sensitive and my boys are 6&7 and we are so desperate to end the use of meds and inhalers. I will revisit, but the air vents are definitely cleaner. PTL

Good, quick service. They went above and beyond to clear out a blocked flexible duct attached to the dryer that has more lint than the entire rest of the hard ducting.
