I'm angry enough to chew nails right now. I called them this afternoon after my toilets started backing up into the shower and bathtub. I was to;d someone would be out between 7 and 9 PM. Reasonable enough. After calling around 8 PM and actually getting a live person, I was assured the plumber WOULD show up. 10 PM, no plumber. Again, I called and this time got a damn AI bot. It informed me that it would contact dispatch and check on the status. Without informing me that dispatch had already gone home. It took another damn call to get that Information out of the damn thing and to finally get an admission that nobody was coming tonight. Open 24 hours? I don't flipping think so. Emergency service? Not in my case anyway. It would have been one thing if somebody had actually CALLED OR TEXTED to let me know they couldn't get to me tonight, but I didn't even get that courtesy. 🤬🤬🤬

Find someone else—this company will fear monger you. My AC’s fan blade broke on a Saturday morning. I needed someone with availability, which Comfort Solutions had, according to the 3 AI voices I spoke to during this experience. The only time I spoke to a real person was at 9 p.m. when they finally arrived to look at my unit. The tech stood outside for 5 minutes before relaying to us that our unit was broken and needed to be replaced. He explained that the repair could not be done, since it would “break in 2 or 3 months,” the only reasoning was that the unit was 19 years old. The cost of this repair was ~$1600, or to replace it entirely (which they heavily suggested as our only option) $22-27k. He also tacked on ~$8000 worth of electrical repair—just from looking at my unit for FIVE MINUTES. I got a second opinion from another smaller company who handled this situation with the sort of professionalism and honesty that Comfort Solutions does NOT have, and at half the cost. Find another company, this one will lie to you. This company’s use of AI is EMBARRASSING–stop being lazy and train actual human beings.

Absolutely outstanding service from Baywiin Hollingshead! Baywiin came out to help us after we discovered an outlet that had burned up, and from start to finish, he was THE most professional and courteous technician we have ever had come to our home. His professionalism, communication, attention to detail, and customer service were exceptional. He took the time to explain what he was seeing, what had happened, and what needed to be done, and he made sure we understood everything before he left. He was respectful of our home, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care about making sure the issue was handled safely and correctly. I called Air Comfort Solutions for a HVAC issue and the person (Richard) on the other end sounded like AI I asked no response and hung up on me I called back got the same thing I hung up and them finally a live person called me I’m not going to use this company again if they are going to use AI
