I had an outstanding experience with AIR climatisation VS company.
Tarik was amazing throughout the entire process. He handled the sales, paperwork, and accounting professionally, answered all my questions, and made everything smooth and stress-free.
The installation team, Sergei and Yuri, were excellent. Sergei did a great job installing the thermo and took the time to thoroughly explain how to use the thermostat and all its features. Yuri was very knowledgeable and clearly explained how the furnace works, maintenance recommendations, and what to expect from the new system.
The entire team was professional, punctual, respectful, and very knowledgeable. They made sure everything was installed properly and that I understood how to operate my new HVAC system before they left. I truly appreciate their patience and dedication to customer service.
I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for honest, professional, and high-quality HVAC service. Thank you, Tarik, Sergei, and Yuri, for such a great experience!

Our AC stopped working a couple days ago and I couldn’t find anyone to come. My dad being old and usually gets what he wants saw one of your trucks down the street from my house and stopped to take a picture of your number. Yuri saw him and they spoke a few moments. Next thing you know, Yuri is pulling into my driveway to have a quick look. Turns out it’s the compressor (of course it had to be!). Well I look forward to seeing you back for the repair. Tarik, cher Tarik, j’avais appelé l’année dernière, j’ai retenu ses coordonnées car il m’avait impressionné avec le temps qu’il m’a accordé pour répondre à mes questions! Même attention et merveilleuse rencontre avec Tarik ce mois-ci ! Il est super 😊
Les gars sont venus aujourd’hui tel que prévu. Ils ont mis des tapis aux endroits passant, leurs politesse et gentillesse sont exemplaire. Les explications et réponses à nos questions étaient claires. On a eu la démonstration d’utilisation de la manette. Ils ont tous nettoyé. Enfin bref, un bon travail de pros. 5 étoiles ⭐️ bien mérité.

Just incredible, every person that was on the team was so polite and conscious of where they were ,they put carpets and mats down on the floors wherever they were working and when they were all done I couldn't have told if they were there or not because they did such a clean job and outside same thing when it came to the unit, such clean work of installation I cannot praise these technicians enough. Thank you so much.
