Remember Halo LED Air Purifer Review It's been about 3 months since the unit was put in my home and I feel it's time for the review. I had the unit put in when mold was found in my furnace and registers in the master bedroom. For the past 3 years , my asthma and allergies hit a all time high. Using allergy pills, asthma medication increases and using rescue inhaler. Nothing seem to help. But, after they installed the Reme Halo I started noticing changes. On the morning after, woke up able to breathe better and not all stuffed up. From there things started to improve more each day. I was able to cut back on allergy medications and the next visit with my doctor hoping I will be able to go back on lower doses of my asthma medicine and I haven't used my rescue inhaler for over 2 1/2 months. Other things I noticed was the fresh air smell and less dust. I would highly recommend the Reme Halo and Air-Master heating and air. It was a game changer.

He will stand behind all repairs and installs and correct any mistakes if one happens to be made. This is family owned and operated. He also treats his employees like family. We hired Air Masters Heating and Cooling to install a new air handler, outdoor AC unit, and two UV lights. Initially, we had a rough experience: the installation took multiple visits to get right, there were visible holes left around the ductwork, and the process felt disorganized with some miscommunication about service plans and pricing. At one point, I was frustrated enough to look for another company. However, I have to give credit where it’s due. After some time had passed, Air Masters reached out again and made a genuine effort to resolve the remaining issues. The technician quickly diagnosed a leak and fixed the frozen coil, and now the system is running perfectly. Scheduling was handled promptly, and the staff were courteous and professional in person—even if some of the online communication felt a bit curt. While the process wasn’t as smooth as I’d hoped, they ultimately stood by their work and honored their warranty. I appreciate their persistence and commitment to making things right, and we’re now comfortable in our cool house. Overall, a mixed start but a strong finish—thank you for following through.

My A/c stopped working, so I called Air-Master. They came out and diagnosed my system. My system needed a good cleaning and they explained the importance of keeping up on maintenance on my system. So I signed up for a maintenance plan with them and they were able to clean my system and get it up and running before they left. Highly recommend calling Air-Master

My AC shut down at the end of the day on a over 90 degree day. I left a voicemail since it was after 5pm and received a prompt call back. They came to my house and discovered the issue and informed me what I needed to do. They also came back the next day to complete a FULL inspection and confirmed that I did not "need" an AC replacement. Jordan was able to provide me with a free quote so at least I have an idea how much it costs to replace. EVERY SINGLE PERSON I spoke to over the phone or in person was incredibly positive, friendly, honest, and professional! I cannot recommend this company more!! If/when I replace my AC unit, I WILL only do business with Air Masters!

We have always called Air Master for our HVAC needs. They are consistently responsive, professional, knowledgable and friendly. Any technicians we have ever had out are A1. The office staff are friendly and professional as well. We called last minute and they made a point to squeeze us in the same day. When Tyler came out today he took the time to explain everything he did and why it needed to be done. When my husband came in he took the time to explain everything again. Local businesses are the best and Air Master is the best of the best.

Ac went out during night. Woke up and called Airmaster. Didn't think we had a chance of getting it fixed that day because it we had numerous days of 96deg heat. Boy i was wrong. They had it up and running by 330. Great customer service and a very fair price. I highly recommend them.

Went it just to get a part, already knew what part I needed, they charged me 185$ for a start up capacitor that you can get at ace or any other store around for 31$ I get price markup but i came there for the part, no phone call no service, just a part. Doesn’t add up to me.

Richie, are you sure you weren’t wrongly charged? It’s quite possibly the person who did the in store sale was incorrect. That’s an easy fix.

They used the totally wrong price book. You got the fully installed price! Please come back for a full refund!
