This was my first time using AIMS and I’ll definitely be using them again in the future! Tracy was brilliant, very personable and nothing was a bother for her. The whole process was seamless and completed in less than 2 months which was fantastic!

Fabulous service! Dwyer got me sorted with everything and was such a fantastic help along the way. I never had to worry about anything as he was on the ball. Attention to detail was fantastic and I can tell he really cares about the clients he works with. Everything was explained to me and I was kept up-to-date the entire time. I have used Mortgage Solutions for the past 6 or 7 years for remortgaging. Recently I wanted a slight alteration in the mortgage but the banks were very difficult in meeting my needs when I contacted them and I didnt have any faith in any other advisors. I contacted Ross Gunning who has provided a great service in the past. Within days the paperwork was complete and submitted. Just over 8 weeks later and the process was completed. Ross dealt very competently with my questions, the bank & solicitor requests. Banks have definitely got worse on demands for borrowers information which was frustrating but it all went smoothly with the support I received. Definitely a 5 star service! I would use them everytime.
