Tracy came to our house to listen to what we had been through and where we wanted to get to in our family home journey. She didn't make any promises except that she would do her best. Her best was exactly what we needed, she got us our forever home, we have the keys! Tracy is just delightful, efficient and was fantastic at keeping us up to date throughout it all.
