From my first lesson Elaine was calm, friendly and knowledgeable. She was never hesitant, had answers to all my questions and always checked to see how I was doing and make sure I was okay. Outisde of lessons Elaine was reliable and flexible, happy to rearrange lessons, always keeping me in the loop with cancellations and willing to help with my theory. This provided comfortable lessons personalised to me and allowed me to pass first time with no faults!

I had refresher lessons with Elaine at Aim Driving School. Before I undertook these lessons I was very anxious to get behind the wheel as I hadn't driven in ten years and Elaine was so understanding of this. Throughout the course of lessons she was kind patient and clear with instructions. She always asked me what I wanted to cover and always made sure I was comfortable. I wholeheartedly recommend Elaine and Aim Driving School for anyone learning to drive or anyone who wants to get back behind the wheel!

I started my driving journey later than typical at 32 years old, having recently become a mother. Elaine was everything I hoped for in an instructor - she treated me with respect, was empathetic, flexed her approach based on what I needed, building my confidence behind the wheel and ultimately engrained the skills I needed to become a capable driver. I passed first time with just 3 minor faults, the only person at the test centre at the same time slot to pass - testament to Elaine’s teaching.

Elaine at Aim Driving School is an awesome instructor! I came late to driving (42 years old) and I was really nervous about it and was wondering if driving was actually for me. Previously I had an instructor who more concerned about being my friend rather than teaching me to drive. After finding Elaine at AIM everything changed for the better! She is a total professional and understood why I was there. She could tell that I was nervous and instantly put me at ease with her relaxed and easy manner. And any doubts about me not being able to drive she removed, she has made me into a confident and considerate driver and able to enjoy our family road trips! I cannot recommend her enough. She is brilliant! PS. In 3 years time our son will start his lessons with Elaine too PPS. I passed first time!

Elaine helped me with refresher lessons and gave me the confidence to drive alone again. I had felt anxious about driving for the first time in over twenty years and now with children in tow. Elaine is a kind, calm and patient person who put me at ease from the start. She tailored the lesson plans to my individual needs and always asked for input so I could focus on manoeuvres and routes that I’ll regularly use. I always felt safe and comfortable with Elaine and her knowledge is amazing- no question is too small. I’d highly recommend learning to drive and having refresher lessons with Elaine, she’s a star!
