Had a recall on my 2024 RAM Laramie, stopped by Stanley CDJR in Gilmer Tx. They wasted no time on getting me in and handling the recall, twenty minutes I was on my way. Great people great service

Went to get a ecm programed and they couldn't do it then the truck wouldn't start and charged me 200$ for them to say my battery was dead, over all there service was ok and friendly, but of all the places you've thought to go for nothing to happen and to be forced to pull money out of your butt ✨️✨️this is that place✨️✨️

Not typically one to say anything but the second time is enough for me.
Service lady is super nice and doesn’t make the prices…but Maybe this will help someone not spend literally double for servicing their Ram. Nearly 900$ for oil change / fuel filter change. 400$ right up the road but they didn’t have the part today unfortunately.
And shop around before purchasing new from them, especially if you’re not a wheeler and dealer! I got the shaft on a trade and new purchase some years ago but I chalked it up to me being too agreeable. Who’d think some people just expect honest deals?! Well don’t from them, they will make their $ and then some. But they lost more, as I buy a new 100k truck every 2 years.
