They had the vehicle I was looking for. Called/responded quickly to me when I made contact. Smooth transition and answered all my questions.
Update review to include 1st service at 7500 miles. we did not get off to a good start. I made an appointment and show up on time. 1.5 hours later my truck was still setting in same place I parked it. I got my keys back and told them we'd try again another day. Fast forward to next day I went in they were all over it. Meet and talked to all managers. Techs were ready all recals were performed. Lots of things have changed the last several years we all know it and see it every where we go. The team at this facility are working to get it right. I appreciate the up front approach and they made it right. My rating is staying at a five star. Thank you team Stanley Dodge Ram.
If you are thinking about purchasing a car please don’t do it here!! I regret even goin to look at the cars they try so hard to push out the door. I should have known they are just trying to make a sale when I purchased the car and I couldn’t take it home that day. The car messed up less than a month before having it and they still have it there and it’s been 2 weeks. I had heard a lot of bad things about this dealership I thought maybe the new ownership would be better but it’s the same from before. Anywhere else is better than here tbh. Take someone with you that knows about vehicle or you will regret it like it did. It wouldn’t let me post if I did not put a star. I wouldn’t give them half of one.
