I’ve been a member for over 20 years and they’ve always been great - until recently .. In the past year, I’ve had to deal with more mistakes on their end than the previous 20 years combined - lack of communication, no follow through, mysterious, late fees, attached to my bill, non endorsement of the checks when it’s returned to my bank… Whenever I needed a loan, this has been my go to place and I’ve never considered going anywhere else. It truly is disappointing :(

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service and Outstanding Support I’ve had an excellent experience with Associated Healthcare Credit Union (AHCU). Their customer service has been top-notch, and the entire process of getting set up as a member was smooth and welcoming. A special thank-you to Leslee Miller, Financial Services Officer III, who helped me set up my member account, my wife's member account, and has been absolutely instrumental in helping me secure refinancing for my vehicle as well as a personal loan. Leslee is professional, responsive, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable—she takes the time to explain options clearly and makes the process feel stress-free. She's an amazing AHCU officer! If you are looking for a credit union that truly values its members and provides outstanding, personalized support, I highly recommend AHCU—especially if you have the opportunity to work with Leslee at the AHCU Woodbury, Saint Paul branch.

BEEN WITH THE COMPANY FOR 10+ YEARS. THEY DOUBLE CHARGE MY ACCOUNT FOR 35 DOLLARS 6 TIMES TO EQUAL OVER 200 DOLLARS NEGATIVE. COME TO FIND OUT THEY WONT HELP WITH MORE THAN ONE 35$ TRANSACTION... SAD TO SAY I WONT EVER USE YOU GUYS AGAIN

While we always try to help our members, when possible, there are limits to the number of reversals we can offer. We encourage members to contact us directly so we can review their situation and provide guidance moving forward.

"Healthcare" credit union... with hours not respectful nor even slightly convenient to the healthcare professionals. Even the phone lines have intentionally limited hours. Be wary if you ever need to speak with them directly, they likely won't be available.

I’ve been an AHCU member since I started at Children’s, which I hit a 20 year career milestone this past Aug, so needless to say I’ve used AHCU for quite awhile. The Egan team is always so inviting and friendly. They’ve helped my husband and I secure multiple car loans throughout the years with the best interest rates, always! We have also started a savings account for our daughter since having her 10 years ago and although we don’t use AHCU as our main banking accounts, it’s always nice to know we have a bank that values its members and is always willing to help us with our financial goals. Also, my daughter loves they have the self service coin machine still so she can collect her money when she’s got a full piggy bank.

Been a member for many many years and use The Unity hospital campus branch the most. Always great service always friendly and helpful people. You can use to stay in the same people and working with the same people so when there’s changes you become weary. But I can tell you that, even though sometimes a face has changed, but It’s always the same great service and helpful staff.
