Boiler replacement
They removed the old boiler and fitted the new one, all of which was done very professionally. All the old and unused materials were taken away for disposal. Once everything was checked and tested they hoovered and cleaned up. We also found the office staff really helpful and friendly. Would definitely use again.
We have just had our bathroom and ensuite completely redone over a two week period. The whole process from the planning to completion has been amazingly stress free, we have been continually guided through with expert help for every aspect and are absolutely delighted with the end result. From beginning to end the process has felt seamless, when it came to the actual fitting the team were efficient and competent and worked so hard to complete the work. I would thoroughly recommend Andy Gas and their team!

Having had our bathroom renovations carried out by Andy Gas in December as per our above review we decided to have our boiler replaced by them and again have nothing but good things to say. The work was carried out efficiently and quickly with little disruption, we remain impressed with their expertise and the overall professionalism of each and everyone of the team...Thank you again, I'm just sorry I had to tag this on to my last review but couldn't work out how to do a separate on 🫣 however just to confirm it would have been 5 stars again! 🤩

Our central heating and hot water system had developed a mind of its own and was ignoring our temperature settings. Andy Gas were quick to make an interim fix before we left to go on holiday and then efficiently completed a permanent repair, including fitting the new parts needed, once we were back home. All now working perfectly.

Freezing pipes to fit new stop cocks.
This was the 2nd time we've used Andy gas in Dec we had them fit a new boiler, shower and radiators, last week they came and froze our water pipes to fit new stopcock, efficient, knowledable, pleasant and left the place clean. I would certainly use them again if the occasion arose. A brilliantt service.
Excellent smooth and efficient customer service, and clear comms - and a professional but approachable engineer. Would certainly recommend for boiler maintenance. I needed a fast service ahead of a house sale - and AGS came up trumps.

With just a few days to go to our holiday, our central heating chose perfect timing to play up. The radiators would not switch off when our 'smart' thermostat told them to. The temporary measure we chose, to deal with the situation by turning the boiler temp down to a minimum, resulted in no hot water. No surprise there really! Andy Gas managed to squeeze a quick engineer visit into their schedule and their engineer, Sam, very soon had the situation under control by diagnosing and dealing with a diverter valve issue. Sam explained what he had done and, after fully checking all aspects of the system's operation, gave us helpful advice on how to make sure there wouldn't be a problem with the system while we were away. Andy Gas have been servicing our central heating system meticulously for several years now, and I think we'll be sticking with them.
Speedy service after a leak and boiler breakdown. Fair price for a replacement. Friendly, professional engineers and office staff throughout. Went above and beyond, lending us oil heaters they had spare while the boiler was down. Great company.
