Our company has worked with Agility for the better part of a decade now. What sets them apart in my opinion is they do an excellent job of meeting you where you are with your IT needs, and help you get to where you need to be - educating you throughout so you better understand the IT needs of your business. Arash and Shahnul have been great to work with and have been incredibly valuable strategic partners as our company has grown. When threats or vulnerabilities arise, I don't have to worry because the Agility team is working around the clock to make sure our systems are patched and stay safe. Highly recommend!

Agility Networks is the outsourced IT organization for my business. They are very knowledgeable, super responsive and very professional. They resolve every issue and stay with you until it is resolved. I have called on nights and weekends and they are always available and responsive to the business needs. Their follow up on any questions is amazing - most companies forget about you after they solve the issue but Agility follows up to make sure you are completely satisfied with the service. Agility has been incredibly responsive and great to work with over the 2 years we have been working with them. Our IT infrastructure is more stable, more secure, and performs better then it ever has before. Ed is a wealth of knowledge and experience and is always available when we need him.
