Excellent experience with Agile In-Home Care!! Elaine and the ENTIRE TEAM that provided care for my parents over the past 7 months were amazing. Special shout out to Monica and Deborah who were there consistently for the long term. They were patient, kind, and very caring caretakers. My family had a great experience with this home health care team and would definitely recommend their service.

My 81 year old mom had a knee replacement and we wanted someone to stay with her the first two nights back at home. Agile had someone come out to her home before the surgery to access the situation and her possible needs. Then, Agile sent a lovely lady who assisted mom both nights. It was a very positive experience and gave my husband and I comfort, and a good night’s rest, knowing she was in good hands. We highly recommend Agile In-Home Care!!
When my beloved 95-year-old father was discharged from the hospital to his home at The Waverly assisted living facility with Hospice services, we needed additional care 8-12 hours a day to support him & my mom properly in his last days. Agile provided professional, compassionate caregivers. We appreciated the consistent support of familiar caregivers who attended to my father, got him out of bed, groomed, dressed & in a wheelchair, changed, cleaned, & hand-fed him when he was no longer able to eat solid food. Agile's leadership (Elaine & Lisa) was wonderful & invested as well as their reliable & dependable team. Communication was outstanding. My father took proper care of everyone, & Agile assisted us in ensuring he received TLC during those last 6 weeks of his life. It was the best service; they were hypervigilant and engaged well with the facility's staff & Hospice. On my dad's last day, we anticipated his passing, & Tammy was attending closely to him. In his final moments, we took a break from our vigil to step into the next room for something to eat; Tammy ushered us back as she was closely monitoring his breathing & noticed a marked change. Due to her vigilance, we were with him for his last breaths, my head on his chest, and my mother and aunt holding his hands. Adrianna, Carolyn and another wonderful lady were awesome with him (I was not present for others who might have been on schedule). Agile had been helping us plan my father's visit to our home with the oxygen tanks scheduled two days after his final decline and passing. Agile supported us with compassion, dignity & quality care. When our family needed assistance to get through life’s most difficult times, I feared that a firm would not be able to understand why the details of our request were so critical to ensuring our father’s quality of life, would be honored, or even at best improved. Amazing service! We needed help on a Friday night after 5 for the weekend. Elaine was so kind and helpful staffing what we needed. Their staff showed up on time, was kind, professional and put my mind at ease that they would take care of my dad. My dad said the aides were friendly. I can not that this company enough. If you need short term or long term assignments, I would definitely recommend this company. I will be using this company again in the future as needed.
