Marc is fantastic. I'm writing this on the Friday after Thanksgiving. After seeing my renewal notice today, I realized that I wanted to increase my coverage for other structures. I e-mailed Marc, not expecting to get a response until Monday. But he responded within 10 minutes, gave me quotes, and I had my coverage increased within 20 minutes. This encapsulates every experience I have had with Marc and his team. They are extremely responsive and have the best customer service I have ever seen from an insurance agent. I highly recommend Marc.
