I've been with Allstate a long time.Prices up and down. I've never filed a claim so I should be able to get a discount for that alone . I have a good agent (Mr Wm. Ransom) that is able to answer my questions and concerns.

My agent has always been responsive to my questions and addressed my concerns. My only issue is the constant annual rate increases which I'm sure most of us are experiencing.

Mr Ramson is a wonderful person he always attends to my needs and tries to make sure that I'm satisfied he listens to my questions and if he doesn't know the answer he makes sure he finds the answer for me and I appreciate that and thst makes me feel important
