I was with my previous insurance company to caters to the military for 49 years. All of my insurance was with them. Regrettably, over the years they kept broadening their customer base which increased risk and raised premiums. In addition, trying to contact them was an arduous task. They probably have the most un-intuitive web site in the world. I'd finally had enough. So....I saw something on line that offered quotes from different companies. Allstate and John Bernier were the clear winners. The rates are cheaper, the personal touch is always there, and it was a seamless transition. This is music to my ears compared to the previous company. I now have a live person who is committed to helping me 24/7.
