The Ageless Center and their injector, Jessica Blackburn exceeded my expectations. Arriving there I was so nervous I couldn't fill my information out on the iPad. Jessica calmed me by walking through the Radiesse procedure. During the treatment she forewarned me of any pressure or pain I might feel. She was very confident and took great pride in her work. I' have very little swelling, pain and no bruising. I am 100 percent satisfied and looking forward to my next visit at The Ageless Center!

I was very impressed with the service and professionalism. This is only the second time I have had “flank insertion” of the testosterone pellets and it was great. The next day I cannot even feel that I anything done. Thank you!

Excellent experience as a new and temporary patient. Worked with Stephen to establish and then had appointment with practitioner in London office for HRT. She was very knowledgeable and thorough with her evaluation recommendations. Feeling very comfortable with being with this clinic while we are living in the area for the next year or so. Definitely would recommend this practice to others

A family member has RAVED about hormone pellets for YEARS, so I finally decided to try. Despite the prices being much higher than she pays at a different facility, I tried it and was required to pay for a full year up front. I was told that I was a good candidate and given lots of hope that this is the solution that I've been needing for years. To make this as short as possible, here is a summary of my experience. Every time I had blood taken they couldn't hardly get anything and had to try both arms (NEVER been a problem for me before; I have very prominent, healthy veins). Then, they never called me with the results and I had to call more than once to request them. I saw a different provider every time I had pellets implanted (until my last few appointments), so I felt like I wasn't getting the personalized care that I needed, and I definitely wasn't getting the same information which was my main concern. I was told each time that I may not feel the benefits until next time, and on my final appointment I was told that it just might not be for me, and it was somewhat insinuated that I wasn't really a good candidate anyway because I wasn't peri-menopausal. WELL, that would have been good to know before I spent $2,400. Also, I overheard another client complaining about these same issues. And, when I was taken back for bloodwork the nurse was clearly offended by his concerns, so I didn't feel comfortable telling her that I agreed with him, but I did politely tell her that I was having some of the same issues with my results. She then informed me that the company had recently switched products because they were getting a lot of those complaints!! I was never informed that they were switching products, I was never informed that there were clients having these same issues, I was never informed that they were looking into it and would make it right. I had to write them an email before they offered me a "solution" which was a 'boost' that to my understanding was something that I was supposed to get anyway with my "personalized care." I referred my good friend and her husband to them, and they are having the same issues. Kind of embarrassing especially since they drive an hour and a half to come here. When I recently called to let them know I wouldn't be continuing hormone therapy, I was asked, "are you going somewhere different?" I found that a little intrusive, but I politely said no. Maybe they should be a little more concerned about WHY I'm not continuing. Something like, "well, we're sorry to hear that. Can we ask why you aren't going to continue treatment?" That was after I called BACK because they didn't answer the first time and asked if I wanted to start a text chat that they also didn't answer. I wasn't going to leave a review because they did handle my initial concerns with kindness, but after I was told at my last appointment that I practically wasted my money and they didn't do more than give me ONE 'booster' to correct the issue, I decided to share my experience so others can make an informed decision like I should have. I will say the staff was never rude to me which does go a long way for me!! That is why they don't get one star.

Wonderful first visit experience! Impressed with the aesthetician Shelby’s skills and with the fact that she mocked up a treatment plan that we could agree upon, price-wise before the actual treatment and included follow-up services in case I become dissatisfied with the results! I highly recommend.
