Overpriced and misleading service
Charged me $690 for replacing two torsion springs, which is way overpriced compared to others charging $350–$400. They lure you in with a reasonable labor estimate, then jack up the price for parts, leaving you stuck with a costly bill. Feels like a bait-and-switch tactic.

Tal and his company were outstanding. The responded quickly, came the next day and we have beautiful garage doors. I would highly recommend this company.

Great garage solutions did a great job replacing our old garage door opener. Tal was very nice and explained everything easily. He went above and beyond by helping me with setting up the WiFi app.

Two garage door keypads needed to be reprogrammed on both garages at my new house, and I didn’t have the existing codes. Tal was able to reset both openers and programmed in the new codes for me. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and great to work with. It was a bit more difficult than a typical reprogramming, but he made everything look easy. Both keypads are working perfectly now with the new codes.

Tal was out within an hour of calling to fix a broken spring. This was such a blessing as we were heafing out on vacation later in the morning. Awesome guy, quick and friendly service, DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!

One of my garage door springs snapped.
I contacted Garage Door Solutions via their website. The appointment was setup easily via text messaging.
Tal from GDS came out the next day within the timeframe quoted, assessed the damage, replaced the springs and bearings and had the door moving smoothly within about an hour.
Tal also recommended some non-immediate changes that I could do myself to prolong the door life.
I appreciate the promptness and service that GDS and Tal provided.

Tal has helped me twice now. Installed springs that were incorrectly installed by another company and then troubleshooter a door that wouldn’t close and helped fix unaligned sensors. He’s responsive and reliable.

He did a wonderfull job to install my garage door, when we called to inspect 10 month after installation, noticing un usuall noice when you open and close the door, he came right away and fix the problem for free. Although the problem was caused by wrong part supplied by the vendor.
