It is my first year with my own pool. My kids and I were so excited when summer came. We enjoyed our pool a lot. By the end of the summer, we had a leaking problem. I contacted several companies who fix the pool. I figured my previous owner somehow messed the pool liner up and I needed to change the liner. It was so stressful to search a right company. I contacted multiple company from google. Agape Pools gave me best price and not only the price but also very responsive and accommodating. They explained everything and they did each steps on time. My husband and I were a hundred percent satisfied. I already recommended to my friend and I will definitely call back Agape Pools for an opening next summer. Highly recommend! I received quotes from 3 different companies in Long Island, and I went with Agape because they were the only ones without a negative review that others did have. A liner is a very expensive project, so the peace of mind was very important. The project moved very quick once scheduled, and I was happy with my choice of liner and the speed at which work was done. Karla (the office manager), Santos (Project lead), and Jose (owner) were all very kind, understanding, and professional. The rest of the team was great as well I highly recommend them for your liner pool needs!

Agape has completely exceeded my expectations. I met with several companies and if you’re looking to do a pool or work in your yard save yourself the time go with this company from the start. Jose and his entire crew have been absolutely fantastic to deal with. They’ve gone above and beyond. Made sure our backyard and everything was exactly what we wanted and what worked for us. Jose is one of the most Genuine and honest people I’ve ever dealt with. He went out of his way where it was never expected to make sure to do the right thing and go the extra mile. The entire crew has been great every day. The quality of the work they did was top notch. Dealing with Jose made a large and typically stressful job so easy and smooth. I made changes throughout the project and where any other contractor would have been frustrated - Jose’s genuine primary concern was whatever we liked or needed. The quality is second to none and pricing was very fair. Added and did things that were not necessary at his expense to make sure we were happy and everything was perfect. I rarely leave reviews on Google but I’m so happy and impressed I wanted to make sure to share my experience. I wish i had 10 backyards I could use Agape for and I will absolutely be sure to recommend Agape to anyone I speak to considering a pool. I wish more of the people I do business with were like this.

Our home had an old cinderblock pool in desperate need of repair. We had multiple pool companies provide their opinions on how we should repair posible damage. When Jose came to assess our situation he was a breath of fresh air!! Jose provided honest feedback and I immediately felt at ease and felt I can trust him. Jose provided us a fair estimate with multiple options based on the condition of the pool once the liner was removed. Once the liner was removed, it was unfortunately in need of major repairs, but Jose was willing to work with us and exceeded our expectations!! His team was amazing and did everything by hand. There was minimal damage to our yard. Jose made sure we had the pool of our dreams by the end of the project!! Even after, Jose is so helpful with any questions we have had. We have never worked with a company that has been so kind and trustworthy. Thank you Agape!!
