Angus was highly recommended. I had neck and shoulder problems and after the first appointment I started to feel better and be in less pain. He offered advice and exercises to aid in the recovery and also reduce the risk of reoccurrence. He was helpful and put me at ease.

I see Silas and he is utterly amazing. I’ve got a multitude of issues and old injuries and after 30 minutes I always come out feeling like a new woman.
