So sad this place is closing. Just saw my son’s cut finger and handled it with such grace. Front desk amazing. Dr was very nice and he got some awesome stickers. Thanks guys!
The center is very clean and orderly (it's the 1st thing I notice about a place). Dr. G. and the staff were so professional, yet warm, they made me feel seen and heard. I didn't have to sit and wait; i was in and out in less than an hour. I absolutely love the fact that they are open till 1am!
Turning people away to enjoy your DoorDash on the clock is diabolical. Please don’t say people are out of network if you don’t run the insurance. Drove all the way there to be turned away. I don’t see how the ratings are so high when people can’t do something as simple as check you in

Care and quality was fine, but the billing experience is the worst thing I have ever encountered. I received a notice of the bill I owed and paid it right there. Then I kept receiving notices that I owe money. After several calls with the billing department, uploading my receipt of payment, and going back and forth, it is still unresolved. I have spent several hours trying to get this issue resolved and it is still open-ended. I would never go back to this urgent care based on this experience alone. Like how hard it is to apply the payment I made through my account, to my outstanding balance on my account? This is so frustrating.
Very nice staff. And super helpful when you're not feeling so hot! Got in and out quickly.
I appreciate the texts beforehand, the quick service, everyone was very kind, professional, and had great bedside manner.

The provider was very professional and cared about my health. Very humble and sincere! The staff was awesome very welcoming and like home! Although the medication i had to take was awful they made it not so bad! Thank you for all that you all do 🫶🏾

I love this Urgent Care! They are always very friendly and I never have to wait very long to be seen. Definitely recommend using them when you don’t feel well.

Took my 3 year old in because he had a piece of pecan stuck in his nose. The staff was phenomenal!! They did everything to try and help keep him calm and the doctor was so gentle and compassionate. Overall great experience!
