Excellent service from Dave - even though he didnt have stock on hand of the clip on adapter I wanted. He was able to get it sent from the distributors warehouse the next day (which I wasnt expecting being so close to Christmas).

I really appreciated the service that Dave provided from Afterdark Surveillance. He provided a number of different options and continually kept me up to date with what was happening. Really impressive.
Great customer service, friendly practical advice (not just trying to sell you the most expensive thing on the shelf) and unmatched aftersales service. Offers the best aftersales support I've encountered and on the rare occasion I have had a warranty issue, Dave has gone out of his way to ensure the issue was addressed as quickly as possible. I am a multi return customer because I have not found better service and customer support anywhere. After recommending Afterdark to friends (including three of them using thermal equipment in a professional environment), all of them are now running gear from Afterdark and all of them are 100% happy. I highly recommend Dave and Afterdark Surveillance.

Highly recommend Dave and After Dark Surveillance. Dave was able to source the product I was after (not listed on his website) with no worries and at a competitive price. He also provided incredible post-purchase support to help me find a suitable training provider and answered a multitude of question in an extremely timely manner.
After failing to find the SiOnyx Aurora PRO available in NZ, I contacted Afterdark in OZ. A few emails with Dave, and a week later the goods arrived. Leaving the marina at 04:30, in the pitch blackness, was now as easy as a sunny day. Also walking in the native bush of the Coromandel at night, listening for Kiwi, is a lot safer.
