We woke up to a leak under the kitchen sink and needed to get it fixed ASAP. Monty was very responsive and was able to come look at the problem same day.
He was pleasant, professional and diagnosed the problem quickly. He fixed the problem at a very reasonable price and had our sink working again in no time.
Absolutely recommend him and will be using him again in the future. FIVE STARS!
Monty was one time and very professional. We had a kitchen faucet leaking and a bath room shower handle that needed to be adjusted. He had them fixed in no time.
I also had a question on a repair to my water supply valves going into my clothes washer. I thought the whole wall unit needed to be replaced. I wanted an estimate. He said that wasn't the problem. The water filters in the washer, where the water goes into the machine were dirty. He cleaned them instantly. He saved us about $250.
I would highly recommend, Monty. His price for the 3 repairs was very reasonable. He has become my go to plumber!

Okay so I have one of those houses that the previous owners have used what I like to call redneck engineering from time to time. I'm not against such things but every once in awhile when something needs to be fixed you run into a situation where the previous owner did this, & it sometimes extends the repair time, maybe the cost...
But anyway, I have a kitchen sink drain that every 12 to 18 months needs to be snaked. Usually on the weekend, and usually when I kind of need it immediately, so usually it costs me a small fortune. This time was no different as it was on a Sunday, but I was able to wait until Monday. I called Affordable at 8:01 a.m. and he was able to come out about 2 and 1/2 hours later. I told him what the problem was & he came prepared with a 25-ft snake and he did the job three times, unfortunately without success. Nothing he did wrong. He was prompt and courteous and gave me a couple ideas as to why this needs to be done every 18 months... but unfortunately even though it is a small enough house, 25 ft wasn't long enough. (I of course blame the previous owners because with other problems I've had with this house, I can imagine for some reason they didn't just run a drain from the sink to where it was supposed to go, they probably did a bunch of circles or something and possibly a few stupid angles.)
Anyway, he couldn't do the job, but not for a lack of effort. He didn't charge me for it, even for the service call which I was pleasantly surprised by. I'll definitely call him again next time I have any plumbing problems as the price he did quote me was more than fair, and in comparison to others that have done the job for me in the past, quite a bit less. Plus the perfect 5 star rating he has in sure isn't by accident ...

UPDATE: I just used Monty again to fix a frozen pipe, I got the same service as last time!!! He was on time, responsive and did the work at a fair price. I have used him twice now and both times has been excellent. He operates the way a professional should....he is the first call for plumbing needs!
Monty was fantastic!!!! He came and fixed my Mother-In-Law’s leak under the tub at a fair price. He answered the phone, was on time and knew exactly what to do as I was baffled where the water was coming from. He recently moved back into the area and is working to build his business.
