After having 8 (yes, literally 8) different foundation companies come out to evaluate our basement and foundation concerns, Affordable Dry Basements stood out immediately. Their approach was practical, honest, and focused on solving the problem rather than selling the most expensive solution.
Tyler was incredibly down-to-earth, reassuring, and easy to talk to. He listened to all of my concerns, answered every question, and never made me feel overwhelmed or uninformed. Most importantly, there was no fear-mongering or upselling. His approach was simple: identify the issue, fix it correctly, and keep the water out. The initial quote was straightforward, cost-effective, and focused on what actually needed to be done.
When I later decided to expand the scope of the project, Ben came out the very next day to discuss the changes. He listened to my concerns, accommodated my requests without hesitation, and helped incorporate some additional aesthetic improvements into the project.
Once the work was scheduled, Jorge and his team were fantastic. They arrived promptly each day, worked efficiently, and were a pleasure to have around. The project moved quickly, the work area was left spotless, and Jorge even pointed out a few plumbing issues we hadn't noticed that could have become a much bigger problem down the road.
Overall, I highly recommend Affordable Dry Basements. In an industry where aggressive sales tactics can be common, their honesty, professionalism, and practical approach were incredibly refreshing. They did a great job waterproofing my basement! Good communication very hard working crew and affordable. If you want it done right hire Affordable Dry Basement!! Now I don't have to worry about my basement flooding. Thank you for a great experience and doing an amazing job on my basement.
Do not go here. The company wants to do what everyone else does which is put water from your wall into your floor. Your left with damp mold filled walls. They also wanted to sell me concrete that I didn’t need done. Total rip off. I went to a company that did outside and the inside.

Hi, my name is Ben. I’m the owner of Affordable dry Basements. I think you’re mistaken. I’m not seeing any Jim Williams as a customer or anybody that we’ve given any estimate to which I found kind of surprising given how common in the name is but regardless. We don’t do concrete work and I’ve been in the business for 40 years and I’ve got a pretty good reputation anyway I’m sorry that you’re leaving a negative review which I think is uncalled for but I’ll survive. It’s no excuse however I am a female and I was looking to receive service. I had an appointment scheduled but an emergency with a loved one arose, so I had to reschedule on the new schedule date. The technicians arrived, and I was told that I needed to make room for a dump truck In my driveway is my pet project a 1977 Ford Thunderbird however, none of that was told to me on the initial assessment of the job I was unaware completely of the equipment that they needed to bring to my home I’m unsure of his name, but it was a white man and a Hispanic. I believe that came to do the Job. The white gentleman was very rude and at some point thought that I asked him to help push my car, which was completely false. I told them I could tow the Car out, however they did not want to accommodate me and the owner then called me and told me he was canceling my Job, the man Tailar, who came out to do my assessment was completely professional and I wish I would’ve dealt with him. This has been a whole nightmare and now I have to find someone else to do my basement not to mention it’s raining so it’s gonna be leaking again, thanks a lot for nothing.
Affordable Dry Basement was fast, super knowledgeable, and handled our basement remediation in an extremely professional manner. We were impressed from the initial estimate by Ben to the work crews being respectful and clean working in our home. We would not hesitate to have them do work again.
