I just want to say Matt & his crew were amazing to work with. My dryer quit working & Matt was there to assist with getting it to work the entire way. He took his time & explained which parts to try & eventually we figured it out! The parts came super quick & he saved me lots of money. Matt also showed me dryers that were in store to purchase had I not been able to fix my dryer. If anyone is in need of an appliance, parts, or help this place is your go to! The igniter on or LG double oven was bad. Amazon was a moving target to find the right part. My wife called the shop and Taylor said bring it in and he would match it up. One hour later and we were literally "cooking with gas" again. In a world where good customer service is becoming harder to find every day the experience we had with Affordable Appliances & Parts was spot on. Five stars for Matt and Taylor! We had nothing but a great experience with Matt and Taylor. My wife went into the store first, and they were incredibly honest and worked hard to help us get our current washing machine up and running. Ultimately, though, we had just pushed our old washer past the point of no return. Even then, the guys at the store genuinely tried to help us fix it before suggesting a replacement. That kind of integrity is rare. When it became clear we needed a new machine, they helped us find one that was affordable—and let me tell you, it absolutely rips. This thing spins like it’s trying to win a NASCAR race. Dirty clothes don’t stand a chance. It doesn’t have all the unnecessary bells and whistles, and we’re actually thankful for that. All we want is clean clothes, and this machine delivers. We’ll definitely return to these guys with any and all appliance questions or needs. Huge thanks to Matt and Taylor

I know that may seem redundant, but Matt (the owner) treats customers in a way that you often do not see in this day & age. When our fridge broke down, Matt made an effort to fix it as quickly as humanly possible and ensured that no other issues would arise with the appliance in the future. Matt runs a great shop here and his honesty and integrity always stand out. I had another appliance company come out to diagnose a washer & dryer and then gave me an insane number to fix them. I called Matt immediately and he looked up and ordered the parts I needed right away. I also convinced him to help me install those parts and learned a lot along the way. At the end of the day I saved HUNDREDS of dollars on the repair and gained some great knowledge along the way. I highly recommend doing business here.
