Stop Wasting Your Time! Dr. M. E. Miller 2024.08.10

     

I discontinued one of my policies in March and notified Armed Forces Benefit. It’s August 9th, Since that time no update has occurred. I reached out at least 30 days prior to. today a second time, Still no changes. Today August 9th, 3rd attempt, Bella assisted me and carefully listened to ALL MY DETAILS and connected with her supervisor with Urgency and returned a call to me all detailed processes for resolution. It’s the GREATEST detailed resolution experience I’ve ever had . I give Bella a 10 plus rating!

I have been trying to contact them for a year to add my daughter to our life insurance policy and it’s always sent to voicemail and j never get a call back. I’m honestly about to cancel our family plan and go somewhere else. We have been with them for 7 year this is ridiculous.

Poor customer service for such a trivial request for duplicate paperwork that the company couldn't verify they even sent the first time. They would accept my payment and my signing up for insurance for my family but not a request for paperwork that wasn't received. By the way it was registration paperwork that I filled out. During this exchange with a supervisor over customer service she advised the call was recorded. After another minute or so she decided to laugh at my frustration of this situation. No nefarious intent here just wanted a file copy, I'll take my money and time elsewhere after today.
