OK --Veronica is not just an Esthetician, she is the GODDESS of skincare!!! I just moved to the area from LA --had many facials down south --and Veronica blows them all out of the water!! Not only is she great at what she does, but she has a wonderful, sparkly energy --the kind that tingles. Just being around her is a full-body relaxing experience in and of itself. Her space is also super clean and hygienic --Veronica is adhering to all the new safety protocols to a T. I feel so lucky to have found her. I saw Veronica for a facial last week. I was so happy to see her again in her fantastic, open, light and airy space. The equipment, the open windows and strict covid protocol were very reassuring and allayed my personal covid paranoia and fears. The facial was amazing it took 10 years away, and after 7 months of "cleaning" my face myself - I really enjoyed the scrubbing - not to mention the massage part. This visit was a relaxing respite from the recent stressful months we've all been through.
Veronica was her gorgeous and beautiful self - I can't wait to see her again next month.

I just had my first Facial with Veronica since March and all I can say is OMG! I honestly forgot how much I value and love this appointment and how absolutely amazing Veronica is.
From the day before my appointment I felt so safe and reassured knowing how much protocol Veronica has in place. Veronica texted me a list of instructions and guidelines that are been adhered by and followed. You enter through one door which is clearly sanitized prior and exit through another. Automatic temp check by both client and Veronica is mandatory along with constant sanitization of hands through all steps. You also need to wear disposable gloves to sign the waiver, Veronica has seriously all all the steps covered.
Masks obviously are worn at all times as well until the start of the treatment where you then place it into a ziplock bag. No speaking through the treatment for everyone's safety but honestly your in another world of relaxation and pure bliss that you don't even notice the silence. It actually gives you a guilt free reason to completely check out from all the craziness and just have 2 uninterrupted hours of personal time.
After the treatment you automatically put your mask back on, finish up the session and leave through the exit door.
I can honestly say I felt a little bit of normalcy in my life again after leaving my session. Veronica made the whole experience feel so safe and secure amongst the unknown of what we are living with during Covid. Each step was professionally handled whilst not taking away from the experience. I have already booked my next appointment for December and got an appointment for my partner as well.
If you have any doubts about getting a facial during these times please don't even hesitate going to Veronica. You won't regret it.

I want to start off by saying I am a facial virgin. I barely have a skin care regimen.. but as I creep into my 30's.. I quickly realized washing my face with only shampoo during my hot showers isn't going to cut it anymore. After reading article after article of horrid experiences with pore extracting facials.. I was kinda worried for my first appointment and expected the worst. But that worry quickly disappeared once Veronica graced me with her presence. She is so kind, welcoming and so knowledgeable. She is very gentle and accommodating. I was never uncomfortable. The pore extraction wasn't too bad even when she had to break up a few families on my cheeks. They needed to go! I am a believer now after my appointment. My face has never felt not only relaxed after her facial message but it's so smooth and hydrated. It's never felt this wonderful! I am hooked! I definitely will try to see her atleast 3x a year and actually buy face wash.. ADULT face wash! Thank you so much Veronica! If this is your first time doing facials, you are in good hands here.

Where do I begin... you know how refreshing it is these days when people look you in the eye and take their time to get to know you and treat you so nicely??? THAT is the experience here! Hahah. In this crazy time of Go! Go! Go! Veronica slowwwws everything down - almost like a wonderful relaxing meditation, with the added benefit of glowing vibrant skin! My first facial with Veronica was almost 10 years ago, and I've been a regular ever since. She has given me the best advice and product recommendations to deal with rosacea and other skin issues.
The facials are very detailed- what I like best is not having to select a specific type of facial (like other spas)- she examines my skin and makes a recommendation. Her facial massage is amazing, and I've never had anyone else do such detailed extractions, it's like each clogged pore is her personal enemy!
Best of all, Veronica is so warm and personal! Highly recommended, I would give 10 stars I could.

I received my first facial from Veronica yesterday and must say, I am more than pleased. She is friendly and makes you feel comfortable immediately. Her space is nice and relaxing with a calming lavender scent. She is very knowledgeable in skin care and answers all questions with an ease and confidence only an expert could have. Price is great for the quality of care and treatment received. Parking is metered on the street but if you walk a couple of blocks you'll no doubt find 2 hour parking. Book early as she is usually booked at least a month in advance. Looking forward to my eyebrow and eyelash tint next time.

I have been a loyal client of Veronica's since 1999. Through the years my skin has gone through many phases. She is always attentive to my needs, customizing my facials for exactly what is happening on my face at that time. If I'm extra dry from the caustic effects of air travel, she amps up the moisturizing during my facials. When my T-zone is volcanic because I have been drinking and not-sleeping like a 23 year old she uses balancing products to try to calm the area down.
