Such an amazing team. Nicky really was so supportive and informative from the very start. Helped me through all my worries and nothing was ever too much trouble. My 3 fur babies relocated from SA to UK, different options and costing were discussed throughout and we found the best option for me and my dogs. Nicky really went the extra mile to smooth any unexpected bumps in the process that came up from my side. Would highly recommend this company for all your fur baby relocation needs. Aeropets recently relocated our 2 Corgis from South Africa to Portugal. The relocation process plannings was very stressful to us as owners as there were many different rules and regulations. Aeropets made it all simple and we easily understood the process. During their trip the connecting flight was cancelled by Airline and the dogs spent 24 hours at the Luanda airport on their own. We were very concerned about them. The concern was short lived as we promptly received a video of the dogs at the airport from Aeropets. The dogs looked very happy and well while waiting for the next flight. The dogs arrived in Portugal safe and sound and have adapted well to their new apartment lifestyle. The service from Aeropets was fabulous and the video we received was just the cherry on top. We recommend Aeropets highly and will not hesitate to use their services again when we travel with the pets again in future. Well done Aeropets.

I was especially anxious about our cat’s relocation because of her age (13 yo), the fact that we were not in the same country as her to manage all the vet visits and paperwork required, and also that the journey would ultimately take 3 days.
From the beginning, AeroPets provided excellent communication. They managed the vaccination and medical tests, including pick-ups and drop-offs. They kept me informed throughout the process, responded promptly to questions, and helped me understand what was required at each stage of the process.
Once our cat’s journey was underway, I really appreciated receiving updates and photographs, which provided enormous reassurance when I was thousands of kms away.
I was also very impressed by the way AeroPets worked with 4Paws at OR Tambo Airport. The communication from 4Paws was also good, and it was clear that the two organisations worked closely together to ensure the animals in their care were safe and well looked after.
What stood out most throughout the experience was the genuine care shown by everyone involved. At no point did I feel that my cat was simply being processed through a system. Every interaction gave me the sense that the people caring for her saw her as an individual animal and were invested in her wellbeing. That compassion and attention mattered enormously to me.
I am very grateful for the professionalism, communication, and kindness shown to both my cat and me, and I would not hesitate to recommend Aeropet to other pet owners facing a relocation.

Aeropets were amazing!!! Coordinated with us and other logistics team. Paula was so personable, caring and gave us continous updates and coordinated everything to fall into place. It was flawless. Not the easiest to get our dog from Saudi to South Africa but Paula and team were fantastic and made it happen!!!! 10/10
I am giving this company a 2-star rating: one star for the quality of the crates and the other for Andy, the driver, who was professional and helpful throughout the process.
Our main point of contact was Kirsten. Initially, she was lovely to deal with, answered all of my questions, and reassured us about our concerns. Unfortunately, our experience quickly became stressful due to a significant lack of communication and numerous administrative errors.
As clients, my husband and I constantly had to follow up for updates, which often resulted in delays. Several documents were completed incorrectly, and at one point we even received a quote for transporting three cats to Malta instead of a dog and a cat to New Zealand. These mistakes caused unnecessary stress during an already challenging process.
When Kirsten went on leave, Mikki took over our case. Unfortunately, the communication issues continued. We again had to chase for updates, and Mikki admitted that she had been asked to send us an email a week earlier but had been dealing with personal matters. While I completely understand that personal situations arise, it highlighted what appeared to be a lack of adequate support or backup within the company when staff are unavailable.
What was particularly disappointing was that after we had already paid a deposit and invested four months into the process, Kirsten suggested we use another company instead of working to resolve the ongoing issues. By that stage, we felt we had no choice but to continue.
Due to poor planning and delays, we ended up paying for two additional days of quarantine, increasing our costs beyond the original quote. Despite the numerous errors and inconvenience, no discount or compensation was offered.
There was also misinformation provided throughout the process. For example, we were told that the crates containing our pets' personal belongings would be destroyed, which turned out not to be the case. Fortunately, the quarantine centre they recommended was excellent, and we were able to correct some of the documentation issues ourselves before our pets arrived.
Given the overwhelmingly positive reviews this company receives, we expected a much smoother experience. Unfortunately, that was not our reality. While there were some positives, the poor communication, repeated mistakes, and additional costs caused a great deal of unnecessary stress. Sadly, Kirsten's handling of our case overshadowed what should have been an exciting and important process for our family.

Words can not describe how thankful I am for Kirsten and her team in helping me move my cat Fiona from South Africa to Ireland, especially with the jet fuel crisis in Europe! Kirsten understood my predicament and went above and beyond to reassure me that everything would be ok and she did an amazing job! As you can see from the images, Fiona is happy and safe and sound with us in Ireland. I highly recommend anyone to use AeroPets Worldwide as they are true to their word and I can guarantee that you will not be disappointed. Aeropets and specifically Kirsten were absolute superstars. They assisted us with bringing our two senior dogs from South Africa to the Netherlands.
We had many stressful moments due to striking pilots for a certain useless airline, but Kirsten remained steadfast in her mission to get our pups to us. Successfully changing our flights to ensure they got to us safe and sound.
