I can't say enough about Craig, Jacqueline and their team at Aero. My dad and I started this project a little over a year ago. Everything was ready to go for permits, and then he got sick. We lost him in April. Now just my mom and I, we had to rethink the entire project. Once the new planes were done and sent to Aero, it took less than three days to have it on the map. I contacted Aero Land Surveyors to do a "Drainage" plan for a building we are putting up. They responded in a timely manner and were very efficient and quick to respond to any questions that I had. After our permit was approved, we were thrown a curve ball and now needed a "Form board survey" done. I contacted Jacqueline immediately and they had someone out here in 2 days and I received the survey that week. Their customer service is top notch and if I ever need any surveying services, in the future, they will be my go-to. I highly recommend this company for you survey needs.
I reached out to ALSFS actually one evening, via contact on the website, the owner emailed me right back. We spoke the next day, being I only needed a boundary survey he and his company had it done in just over a week. Everyone was kind and efficient. I am grateful they helped me in my time crunch. I used them for my project and they did a very professional and detailed survey. The price was very fair. They also allowed my engineer to have the CAD file which is a major plus. I would highly recommend them for your project.
The only reason I gave them a four out of five is one of there very expensive survey tools was in the shop for repair and they could not meet the project timeline.

I had Aero Land Surveyors come out and do a topographical survey for a new construction. They went above and beyond, marking every feature and extending their survey a block in each direction from my house. Their measurements were very precise and the resulting map was very detailed
I'm a State Certified Building Contractor her in FL. Needed a boundary survey showing setbacks for a slab/secreen enclosure. After a Google search, Aero was the only surveyor I reached out to that responded. Great price and they met their 3 week deadline as promised. Will definitely recommend and use them in the future.
TOTAL SCAM, awful company!! I paid for a job 7 months ago for a survey in AZ. A few month ago I was told they’re no longer doing surveys in AZ and that I would receive a refund. Still have not heard or received a refund, even after multiple emails and voicemails to Craig’s cell phone and calls to their FL office. No one is taking responsibility for this. Terrible!!
Experience was awful! I ordered a survey in November 2023 and chose Aero Land Surveyors because they boast a fast turnaround. It turns out their registered land surveyors passed away shortly prior and they began the survey with an unregistered surveyor. Then the process stalled until the registration for the company itself expired in January 2024. I get it. "Things" happen! But I was strung along with promises that the survey was "almost" done into March 2024 and after two written requests for a refund were ignored, I complained to the Arizona Board of Technical Registration, the AZ Attorney General's office, and the Better Business Bureau. It appears that a refund finally has been issued after over another month.
Understandably this company had hard times and unique circumstances and perhaps now that they seem to be functional again they might even do good work. However, NOTHING can excuse the treatment I received! Aero Land Surveyors was not responsive in an honest manner, they lied about their ability to complete my survey, ignored two written requests for a refund until the BBB and AG's office got involved, and they wasted 4 months of my life when I needed a survey completed as soon as I could get it.

Your refund has been remitted due to circumstances involving the passing of our licensed surveyor as you've acknowledged and all of your responses have been replied to.

Paid Craig $350 upfront over the phone was told they would be out that weekend to start the survey... called the field week and was told thru would do it the weekend. Finally talked to the owner last week again and he said they would have it done by last Friday or early this week. IT'S NOW OVER 3 WEEKS AND NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME OR CAME TO MY HOUSE BUT THEY SURE AS HELL TOOK MY MONEY...
