I went to this shop this morning to get my oil changed in my Kia and I will definitely be coming back here for oil changes as well as referring friends and family. From the time I walked in to the time I left, everyone was so nice and respectful. The communication was great and all of the guys were pleasant to be around. I enjoyed talking with them, I didn’t feel rushed or upsold on things I wasn’t there for. They have complimentary drinks and even a cute cheap snack machine. I’m glad I finally gave in and changed where I go! It’s definitely WORTH the wait!

Spoke to Jonathan on Tuesday about an appointment for an oil change. He said we could come the very next day between 8am and 10am. We were there at 8am. They changed the oil and did a safety check. They did suggest that we get the transmission fluid and filter changed sometime soon. All the guys were very friendly and took good care of our needs. We will be having all our auto needs done here.

I highly recommend A&E Automotive Solutions. Being new to the area is a bit challenging not knowing who to go to. Jonathan and his team were highly recommended by two sources and they were right! Jonathan is so polite, respectful, calls back with his findings and gets approval to move forward. After he took care of my vehicle, I brought my son’s vehicle there. Quality work with a warranty. Jonathan, Edwardo, and team - I know consider them family! They will get all of our business! Trustworthy and respectful - that is hard to come by these days. They will take good care of you!!!

Found a great place for automotive work. Had a an oil change done for my 2024 Tacoma. Great customer service. Technician was very helpful. I recommended my step daughter to bring her car in also. I want to share my positive experience with A&E and most specifically Jonathan. My son recently purchased a home in Waxahachie and his mother and I were given the task to drive his truck cross country from Jacksonville, North Carolina to his new home in Waxahachie. We are very lucky that we were able to drive the vehicle cross country (over 1300k miles) but by the grace of God the vehicle broke down upon arrival in Waxahachie. We knew no one within the area and by chance found a NE automotive and jonathan. Jonathan was very accommodating and told us precisely what to expect. They uncovered the previous repair shop in North Carolina had failed to use some correct parts and were able to get our son and vehicle back online and ready to roll. The moral of the story here is sometimes shops will take advantage of you, especially when you’re new to the area and in a bind. We highly endorse A&E and Jonathan. They put low quality parts on my suspension didn’t even last 6 months and they even charged me more then the Dealership, the dealership put me Original factory parts for less money , I say just stick with the dealership peace of mind and save your self some money
