I approached this the way any enthusiast who cares about their car should. I wrote a detailed RFQ and sent it to four top-tier New England shops, each with at least a 4.8 rating and a high review count. I specified exactly what I wanted, tailored to each shop’s preferred PPF and ceramic coating brands, and asked for a written, line item breakdown. No ambiguity, no shortcuts.
Three shops replied. One response was so phoned in it was obvious they didn’t want the work. Another shop gave a solid, reasonable quote and clearly knew their craft. And then there was Automotive Elegance.
The difference was Rick.
My vehicle isn’t exotic or rare, but Rick treated it, and me, with the same attention and respect he gives to the seven figure cars that roll through his shop. He read my RFQ carefully, understood that I had done my homework, and responded with genuine interest, clarity, and passion for the work. His pricing was fair, his recommendations made sense, and he didn’t oversell. In fact, the other shop offered more coverage and a longer warranty for less money, but it was immediately clear that Rick is the guy who stands behind his work, takes pride in the result, and actually cares about the customer experience.
During the process, I made a small mistake in communication. Before I could even finish explaining it, Rick credited me for it, no hesitation, no attitude. He also gave me advice that only someone who truly knows this industry inside and out could give. I took it, and I’m glad I did.
Most importantly: he and his team delivered exactly what he promised, on time, at cost, and with zero drama.
My car came out looking like it belongs in his million dollar lineup. The finish, the clarity, the edges, the glass coating, the tint, everything is flawless. It’s the kind of result that makes you walk around your own car twice before getting in.

This is a great place to get the Xpel PPF film installed on your car. They are some of the most skilled experts in this work and by far exceed expectations.
The customer service is phenomenal, especially Will who manages the customer end of things. He is a very polite, can - do individual who aims to treat every customer with respect and makes sure they are fully satisfied.
I had a minor fix to be made to my car after having the film installed just a month ago when I bought the car new, and they did an outstanding job. Will was so courteous and thoughtful that he even cleaned up some mild dirt on the interior of my car, without even me prompting for it. That is by far exceptional focus on quality and maintaining a high standard.
Besides the PPF work, they also do window tinting and light detail work here. Given how good they are, I imagine these facets of their service must be the same in overall quality and outcome. Highly recommend this place, and I will definitely be returning for future service here.

I met with their management and they've addressed any confusions and mis-communications we may have had. It's all I had asked for. As such, I am restoring the two stars I had removed. I will continue to bring my Golf R (and any future cars I may have) to them for their professional care since they're a shop where you simply bring them your vehicle, tell them the work you would like and they get the job done right. I highly recommend their service.

I had to remove two stars. After less than two years, the hood showed a few dings where the film was meant to protect. I was told by them that the warranty did cover this because it was probably small pebbles from driving. I had made arrangements to bring my car to them to redo the hood for full cost and I would be given a loaner for free. A service I came to expect from them and why I had given them the 5 starts initially. I called them today only to discover that the manager that always handled my services (Kevin) was no longer there. The new manager called me and informed me that they no longer gave out loaner cars. The minimum service I would have to pay for to qualify for a loaner was significantly higher than before. She also said they had many changes after the last time I had spoken to them. I did not like this. Initially I had given them a 5-star review because I was very impressed with their service and how they handled their customers. I don't like the changes and I'm afraid I will not bring my car to them for service again. I felt obliged to post this update. They may still offer the great service they once offered me but I'm not about to test it out when it would be more coming out of my pocket. As it is, I find it dissatisfactory that paying the high price I paid for the initial protection film, that less than 2 years later I would have to pay to have it replaced because it couldn't tolerate a few small (really tiny) pebbles.

Automotive Elegance treated me with respect and cared really well for my car.
I wanted a place where I could drop off my car and not have to worry about the results. Kevin Patel took the time to show me their shop on my first visit. Let me tell you that I was very impressed with the professional equipment they have (including a dedicated graphics and printing room). The shop is spic and span clean all over. All employees were friendly and kind. Their waiting room is very comfortable and full of treats and different varieties of coffee, etc. You can feel class and great service the moment you walk into the place.
They finished my car on time and there were no surprise charges. The end result, as you can see in the pictures I'm including, was top notch. Did I mention they had given me a late model Acura for a loaner?
I've written many Google reviews before but this is the first time I'm also including pictures. This shows just how happy and satisfied I am with their work and service. Kevin took really good care of me. My 2018 Golf R looks just like the day when I bought it. I'm really happy with their work. Thank you AE.

I had Xpel paint protection film installed on the nose of a new 2026 RAM 1500 Limited at Automotive Elegance. They did a perfect Job and it was a perfect experience. I can not find one flaw in the film and doing the grill surround on a blacked out Ram 1500 is no joke. I will be bringing my prized 2006 Speed Yellow 997 C4S to them in the Spring for a complete redo.
Protecting the Paint on the front of any vehicle is mandatory particularly up here in New England where the roads are salted or sanded in Wintertime and where there are many gravel roads.
I can not recommend Automotive Elegance highly enough and I have owned seven 911s over the years, This is not my first rodeo.

PJ and Will did a great job explaining the process, the warranty etc and I was able to save some money by doing the protection film along with the ceramic coating. During the process, WIll kept me informed about what they found, and even quickly arranged a paintless dent repair that didn't affect the estimated time the car would be ready. I was also able to have them ceramic coat the summer wheel set that was off the car during the winter, which also meant that the barrels of the wheels could be coated as well. The car looks great--you can barely see the edges of the film unless you look very close--and I'm looking forward to see how the ceramic coating holds up. Great service. I would recommend to others.
