AMA are the best Brokers in the game. The lovely Nicole has legit made our Christmas. Before we came to Nicole getting a mortgage was looking possible but only with a high interest rate because of a couple of recent blips on my partners credit file. I cannot praise AMA and in particular Nicole highly enough. With a chequered credit history (to say the least) I was highly doubtful I could get any kind of mortgage at all, with the first broker I tried suggesting that, at best, they *might* be able to get a 30% deposit mortgage. From the very first call with Nicole I felt reassured and had a new-found confidence that they could help me - which they did. Just a few weeks later my mortgage has been confirmed. The service was fast, professional & helpful throughout despite various potential obstacles and multiple questions from me, many of them stupid I am sure. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Five Stars!! Absolutely Outstanding Service My husband and I couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible support we received from Dan and Melisa. We had a few things going against us with many high-street lenders, but from the very first call, Dan was amazing. Daniel and Melisa have been absolutely fantastic. I’ve had less-than-ideal credit over the past five years due to a separation, and I never believed I would be approved for a mortgage - especially as a single parent paying the same amount in rent. From my very first enquiry, they immediately put me at ease, and all the embarrassment and nerves I had completely disappeared. Daniel listened, understood my situation, and never once made me feel judged. Within a week, I had my MIP, which I honestly couldn’t believe. Daniel and Melisa were fantastic. I was so nervous about applying for a mortgage in fact I didn’t think I could get one due to some adverse history on my credit score. A quick call with Dan and I felt instantly at ease. He went thru all my credit file and got me an Agreement in principle within a day at a good rate suitable to my budget. Not only is he offer advice on house buying he was on hand for any queries I had. Melisa was also the sam, so friendly and put me at ease even when I was full of nerves. Both calm collected and efficient. They applied for my actual mortgage and in less than 24 hours I had a confirmation back as accepted. Honestly I was stunned how quick and easy the whole process was. I had a previous experience with a broker who was awful. No support or guidance and I felt an inconvenience just asking about options, I did think this was how all brokers were but after my experience with these I can safely say that isn’t the case. I will be coming to them again for any remortgages I need and would recommend them to everyone. 5 star service all round.
